In the event on one is home to receive your order we strongly recommend you send your package to a business address to insure delivery.

We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at the time of ordering. We ship in insulated packaging with frozen gel packs. See the shopping cart for rates.

We do not ship to APO/FPO Military addresses or Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.

We do not ship to Canada at this time.

Your perishable package should be refrigerated as soon as they are received. The kuchen can be refrozen and kept in the freezer up to the expiration date even if partially thawed. We will ship only on Mondays and Tuesdays in the following week after payment is received for your order, so that you receive it before the weekend arrives. Kuchens are baked fresh and frozen solid before shipment.

We do not ship on holidays.

Please track your frozen shipment where applicable. We will send a tracking number via email to you when your order is shipped. We are not responsible after the package has been delivered.

All perishable food orders are final and non-refundable.
